Yes! All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. At MOB Beauty, sustainability means caring for our planet and its animals which is why we are proudly PETA certified vegan and Leaping Bunny cruelty-free. We never test on animals or use any animal ingredients in our formulas.

Clean is a non-regulated term in our industry, but we formulate all MOB products in our own labs to meet the most rigorous standards. For us, “clean” means consciously formulating without ingredients known to be harmful to people, planet, or animals. You can find a list here of ingredients that are never used in our MOB Lab and products.

Yes, from the mica we use to all of our natural ingredients, everything is ethically sourced, and we receive applicable certifications from our suppliers.

Yes, at MOB we formulate without commonly used microplastics and silicones. Our no list includes acrylates, vinyl, nylon, dimethicone and more.

Yes, all MOB packaging is made with at least 50% post-consumer recycled material, and much of our packaging is made with 100% PCR material. We use as little new material as possible when creating our packaging.

Currently, we use a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We offer express and ground options for delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

We cannot edit orders after they are placed, but please reach out immediately after purchase if you need to make changes. We process orders quickly, but may have time to cancel your order before it ships. Email us at support@mobbeauty.com as soon as possible.

To track your order, please visit the tracking link sent to you via email once your order has shipped. You can also find your tracking status by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t receive your order despite it being marked as delivered. If the order is being delivered via USPS, they often scan boxes before delivery (which is confusing, we agree!), so the package may still be en route although it shows delivered thus we suggest you wait 3 days to see if it arrives. We also recommend double-checking around your home, including your front door, mailbox, and with neighbors who might have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t locate your order, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — they may be able to provide more details about the delivery. If you're still having trouble, reach out to our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll try to investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We provide a refund or exchange for any products ordered from mobbeauty.com within 30 days of purchasing. To initiate the process, please email returns@mobbeauty.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
