We hold ourselves to the highest standards at MOB Beauty, and all of our formulas go through rigorous testing and refinement with our in house chemist team until we approve a final formula that we feel confident launching to you and our community. If you need to make a change we'll provide a refund or exchange for any products ordered from mobbeauty.com within 30 days of purchasing. Simply email returns@mobbeauty.com to start the process. Your feedback will make a difference as MOB evolves so please be sure to include details about why you're returning or exchanging. Not because we're questioning you, but because we care and will use your experience to improve. Expect refunds to be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing and know that we reserve the right to deny a return and refuse service to anyone that misuses or abuses our policy.
